Expert 3D

AnimDesign is the brainchild of Razvan Maftei, a 3D artist with over 20 years of experience in creating photorealistic renderings for some of the biggest names in aviation, automotive, yachting or architecture industries.

As lead designer in one of the top Dutch design companies, he designed for Aircraft companies like Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Fokker or Comac, for Superyacht shipyards like Amels, Feadship, Damen, Heesen, or automotive companies ( Porsche, Volkswagen and Dacia).

He also did work for Popular Mechanics magazine, Glukos Energy US, Imperial College London UK (medical animations), for Charles Gibilterra (one of the most famous furniture designers in US), and others (from prototypes, toy manufacturers to watches designers, jewelry and various products). Besides rendered graphics, he did visualization projects in Unreal Engine and been part of a successful indie game team (our first game had over 2.000.000 downloads).

As honors/awards, won the first place in the Animago festival (Germany) at 3D – transport category and he also had the great honor to be selected in the Expose book along the best artists in the world.
